What to Expect
A real tour, not a sales pitch.
You drive up, an owner meets you at the gate, you walk the campground together. About 20-30 minutes. Then we shake hands and you go home to think.

Walking tour. Comfortable shoes, no time pressure. We can go longer if you have more questions.
Meet the owners
Patti, Stephen, or Jamie — whichever of us is on-site that day. Same people you'll call when something needs attention.
See available sites
Walk to the specific sites currently open. Picture your RV in each one. Pick favorites.
How the visit goes
Step by step. Nothing surprising.

You arrive at the front gate
2635 Shippensburg Rd, Biglerville PA. We'll know to expect you — pull up to the office and we'll come out.

Quick coffee + the basics
We sit for 5 minutes. What you're looking for, what you camp in, what questions you came with. No forms, no pitch.

Walk the campground
Pool, pavilion, dog park, Corn Crib. Then up through the loops to see the sites currently available. You'll meet a few seasonals along the way — say hi.

Pick your favorites (or not)
If 1-2 sites jumped out, we mark them. If nothing felt right, we'll know too. No pressure either direction.

You go home and think
No same-day decisions. Talk it over with your spouse. Sleep on it. Most families think about it for a week or two before they apply. That's normal.
What to bring
Nothing required. But a few things help.
Both decision-makers if possible
Most seasonals decide jointly. If your spouse can't make it, that's fine — but two sets of eyes is better.
Your tow rig (if you want)
Helpful to see how your RV would fit a specific site. Not required — we can eyeball it from the dimensions.
Questions written down
Most folks forget half their questions in the moment. Write them on your phone before you come.
Walking shoes
Gravel + grass terrain. Nothing extreme — but flip-flops aren't ideal.
