Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about seasonal camping at Pine Ridge.

Getting Started

What is seasonal camping?

Seasonal camping means you rent an RV site for the entire camping season (April 1 - October 31). Your RV stays on-site all season, so you can come and go as you please without packing and unpacking. It's like having your own vacation home in the mountains!

How do I apply for a seasonal site?

Visit our Apply page and fill out the application form. We'll review your application and contact you within 2-3 business days. If approved, we'll invite you for a campground tour and help you select your site.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, our 2025 season is currently full. We're accepting applications for the 2026 season waitlist. The sooner you apply, the better your chances of securing a site for next season.

Can I tour the campground before applying?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective campers to visit and see Pine Ridge in person. Contact us to schedule a tour during the camping season (April - October).

Rates & Payments

How much does a seasonal site cost?

Seasonal sites start at $3,000 per year. The exact rate depends on site location and size. This includes your site rental, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and access to all campground amenities.

Is electricity included?

Electricity is metered separately - you pay for what you use. This keeps costs fair for everyone, whether you use a lot of electricity or a little.

What payment options are available?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment plans may be available - contact us to discuss options that work for you.

Are there any additional fees?

Additional optional fees include: golf cart registration ($25/season), extra vehicle pass ($50/season), and guest day passes ($10/person/day). See our Rates page for complete pricing.

Site & RV Requirements

What size RV can fit on the sites?

Our sites are 10'x60' gravel pads that accommodate most RVs up to 40 feet in length. If you have a larger unit, contact us to discuss available options.

What hookups are provided?

Every site includes 20/30/50 amp electrical service, underground water (65 PSI), full sewer connection, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Picnic tables and fire pits are available upon request.

Can I build a deck or add structures to my site?

Yes, within guidelines! Many of our seasonal campers personalize their sites with decks, awnings, and outdoor living spaces. All additions must be approved by management and meet safety requirements.

What happens to my RV in the off-season?

RVs must be winterized and can remain on-site during the off-season (November - March). You'll need to disconnect from utilities and follow our winterization guidelines.
