2. Description of Services

Pine Ridge Campground provides:

• Website: Information about our campground, amenities, rates, and seasonal camping opportunities.
• Online Applications: Seasonal camping application submission and processing.
• Member Portal: Account management, billing, payments, and communication tools for approved seasonal members.
• Payment Processing: Online payment capabilities for lease fees and electric bills.
• Communications: Email and SMS notifications related to your account and services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

Member Portal accounts are created by Pine Ridge Campground upon approval of your seasonal camping application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Keep your contact information and profile up to date
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Application Process

Submitting an application for seasonal camping does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or deny any application
• Request additional information
• Verify information provided
• Limit the number of seasonal sites available

Draft Applications

If you start an application but do not complete it:

• Your progress is automatically saved
• We may send email and/or SMS reminders to complete your application
• Incomplete applications are automatically deleted after 30 days
• You can opt out of SMS reminders by replying STOP to any message

6. Payments and Billing

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Credit and debit cards (convenience fee applies)
• ACH bank transfers (lower fee structure)
• Cash or check (in person)

Fees and Charges

• Seasonal lease rates are set annually and communicated to members
• Electric usage is billed monthly based on meter readings
• Payment processing fees may apply for online payments
• Late fees may be assessed on overdue balances as specified in your lease agreement

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Square, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Square's terms of service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

7. Seasonal Camping Agreement

Approved applicants will receive a separate Seasonal Camping Lease Agreement that governs your stay at Pine Ridge Campground. That agreement includes:

• Campground rules and regulations
• Site assignment and usage terms
• Payment schedules and obligations
• Termination conditions
• Liability waivers and insurance requirements

These Terms of Service apply to website and online service usage. Your Seasonal Camping Lease Agreement governs your physical presence at the campground.

8. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

Transactional Communications

• Application status updates
• Billing statements and payment confirmations
• Account notifications and security alerts
• Lease and document-related communications
• Electric meter reading notifications

These communications are essential to your account and cannot be opted out of while you are an active member.

Marketing Communications

• Newsletter updates and campground news
• Event announcements
• Promotional information

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

SMS Messages

You may receive SMS messages for application reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Intellectual Property
