About this camper

Your mountain weekend place, set up and ready for 2027. Pull in on opening weekend and the work is already done. This 2022 Arctic Wolf 287BH Limited Edition sits on Site A41 at Pine Ridge with the deck built, the beds made, and brand-new TVs inside. The 2027 lot rent is already in the price.

ONE PRICE, EVERYTHING INCLUDED

$32,000 covers the camper, everything in it, and the $4,200 lot rent for the 2027 season. That puts the camper itself at about $27,800, near the low end of its book value range of roughly $26,000 to $37,000.

ROOM FOR THE WHOLE CREW

• Sleeps 8 comfortably • Bunk room with two double-size bunks, each big enough for two adults • Queen bedroom up front, your own quiet retreat • Leather sofa pulls out and the dinette drops down, so extra guests always have a bed

MADE FOR EASY WEEKENDS

• Full pantry right inside the door, plus cabinets and storage under the beds • Upgraded day-and-night blinds: privacy with one pull, daylight with the next • Skylight over the shower keeps the bathroom bright • LED lighting inside and out, a power slide-out, and a 20-foot power awning

EVERYTHING STAYS

The deck, outdoor chairs and tables, furniture, décor, bedding, comforters, and new TVs all come with it. Bring your groceries and a weekend bag. Patti calls it immaculate, and the video shows why.

SEASONAL USE ONLY
