About Playground
At Pine Ridge, we believe childhood summers should be about making friends, having adventures, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Our playground is where those experiences begin.
Located in a central, visible area of the campground, the playground gives kids a safe space to burn energy and meet other young campers. Parents can relax knowing the equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, with safety-conscious ground covering to cushion any tumbles.
The playground features age-appropriate equipment for various skill levels, from toddler-friendly structures to more challenging elements for older kids. Shaded areas nearby let parents stay cool while keeping an eye on the action.
But the playground isn't just about equipment—it's about community. This is where kids from Site 12 meet kids from Site 95, where summer friendships form that sometimes last for generations. Many of our seasonal families have kids who've grown up together at this very playground.
Outdoor recreation goes beyond the playground too—the surrounding forest offers nature exploration, and organized activities for kids happen throughout the season.
